Uhm... there are a lot of details missing from this picture... unless you want me to make one in the same pose as this guy in the reference, then I don't need to know how the front looks like

As I am incapable of finding a better picture, or creating a decent 3D image, yes, he will have to be in that same pose. I am aware of the blue streaks, I spent a loonngg time trying to find a decent picture, which is extremely hard as no one else I can find will create one without a reference picture as well. And yes, just green swirls. Think curls like this except on a vine type thing.
Honestly, Price is no object just so you know, feel free to charge a high price as this seems t will be difficult.
