IN CASE OF CONFUSION ABOUT HOW TO FILL OUT FORM:
Username :: your username obviously XD
Subject :: what you want me to draw (WILL do avatars; sexy themes; OCs; possibly with an abstract background if the bribe is to my liking ;D) (WON'T do cluttered avatars or avatars with ugly/ridiculous items like the trash mask; n***s; Anthro; Mech [I may give this a go, cuz I'd really like to learn how to draw it, but it probably won't be some of my best work])
A picture reference would be nice if you have an OC, but if you don't have one I suppose a name would suffice :]
A picture reference is a must if you want me to draw your avatar (upload the image to imageshack.us so that it doesn't change on me when I go to draw it)
