I'm canceling due to not having any participants. It's odd because I've seen art contests with half the price actually get people so I assumed it would be easy to get participants by offering more gold but I don't even have one.

Visual Story: Art Contest
Having a little art contest on Gaia is something I've been wanting to do for a while. Here's how it works, you need to draw a scene from one of my fanfics, each round will have a winner and if it goes well, I'll have another round with a different story. Even if you are not familiar with the anime or game the current fanfic is based on, you can still participate since reference screenshots for the characters can be easily found online.
There is no entry fee, so you may wonder what I'll get out of this: amusement and eye candy; and that's priceless. Unfortunately I work all day Monday through Friday so I won't be here to answer any questions. I will check on this thread again during the evening and address your questions then.
- Pencils, pens, crayons, CG, tablets, etc. are all allowed.
- Obviously, the art you submit must be your own work.
- As the title says, the prize is 200,000 gold. (I decided to make the price higher so I can get some participants over here, though it means the rounds have been reduced to a total of 5 at most, depending on how the other rounds turn out.)
- I'll need at least 10 unique participants before we can start, but I will accept as many participants as possible before the art judging date, which will be a week or 2 (no more than that) after we have the first 10 pictures. The exact date will most likely be a weekend to make it easier for people to be on Gaia.
- Though each person counts as 1 participant, you can submit as many pictures as you want to be judged.
