Lol. No, I'd never use my brother's card without his consent. Once I get me a job again I'll probably lend it though.
The interests depend on the bank you get, lucky for me my last card was pretty cheap.

Hehe I an happy with my debit/credit card I keep track of what I have in the bank and have been trying to save up but art supplies and bills bite >< along with spending like 20+ a week on food while I am working >< damn black hole of a stomach T.T
