A N I M A T I O N
The purpose of this section is to hopefully provide some insight into how I animate, what I am capable of, and why my prices are the way they are. I create my animations in Photoshop CS5.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxBlinking: For me, detail is key. I draw every frame by hand (this includes both
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxthe lineart and colouring/shading) and there are always 3-4+ different frames.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxthis results in a smoother and more believable animation. I don't animate with
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxonly two frames going from "open eye" straight to "shut eye."
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTails, ears, objects: This type of animation begins as a normal drawing. After
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI import it into Photoshop, I take the original image and manipulate the object
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxon its own to create more frames. I always have 3 or more different frames.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxHair and complex animations: To make it look believable I have to
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxdraw every part that will be moving separately. Think of it as an action figure.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxThis is very time consuming especially because I have to draw + colour multiple
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'pieces,' even if they will only show up in one frame. I'm OCD like that.

I will NOT draw: canon anime/game/movie characters, mecha, masculine men, cluttered avatars.

Q U E S T I O N S
Q: What programs do you use?
A: I draw using Paint Tool SAI and animate in Photoshop CS5.
Q: How long does it take to draw a picture?
A: Usually between 2-6 hours for the stuff in this shop. 8 hours and up for bribe arts.
I have to really be motivated in order to complete a request. >.>
Q: How long do I have to wait to get my picture drawn?
A: It depends on how many pending requests I have waiting.
I try to do them in order but I tend to finish small chibi requests first, because they're fast.
Q: Will you draw anthros/furries?
A: I don't see why not. I can't draw animal (dog/cat) noses well, however. Just a warning.
Q: Do you draw couples?
A: It depends. I will do small chibi couples no questions asked. For anything larger, it depends on the character designs and what poses/animations you want. I may ask for a higher price if it's very complex.
Q: Are you rich?
A: lolno. If I was rich, I wouldn't be drawing for money.
Q: a/s/l?
A: I'm a ♀ sophomore in college majoring in psychology/music. I am a MMO gamer and draw as a hobby.

Q: What games do you play?
A: I've played a LOT of different MMOs over the years. I currently play THQ Dragonica and Guild Wars.
