Also, please be aware that I don't do gaia commissions much at all anymore. If the minimum bid seems high, it's because (a) gaia's economy is utter s**t and (b) if I'm going to draw anything for virtual money, it has to be worth my while. About fifty percent of the art I make is comics, so I'm pretty used to cranking pages out. However, they do take a bit of time, and there is always more time spent consulting with the consumer about what they want in each panel, the script and how it will translate to speech bubbles, etc. Plus there has to be a background and characters for every panel, and every panel is like a separate illustration. That's why they cost more per page.
As a disclaimer, I can be very picky. I'm a pretty busy person IRL and don't have a huge amount of time to spend on gaia commissions. With that said, feel free to post whatever at any time, even if my slots are full. I might come back around to your order later, when they open again.
