Personality: Similar to Alfred's but somewhat crueler, the (former) CSA
is no longer racist, and regrets her past actions of that manner. Her
memory is sharp, but faded, and unlike her elder brothers she prefers to
be alone. She is often called by the nickname C-chan and will respond
to America because it is technically her name too. Sam's unhealthy
fascination with the internet often leads to laziness and wasted days
on her "stupid chunky square." She loves her elder brothers deeply, but
understands that although Alfred will still return that affection, neither
he not Matthieu will trust her again for a long time.
