This one got the it correct for the wing size (silver), and hair length (until anklet + wavy + black), eyes are blue.

The fact that all those are so different is because I let the artist design the dress, the criteria is only that she must have a tiara.

Or if you don't want to design the dress, you can give her this one, this one, this one or this one.
