Okay, here it is
(I added the sketch lines back on to give a good idea of where i'm going with it)

So there's gonna be another semi-transparant layer of her dress at the bottom (blue lines) that ends in the same solid white fabric as her top/shoulders
Other than that, all that's left to do is her face, wings, a shiny thing for her to hold and ofcourse shading.
