Hi, artists of Gaia ! My name is Zero Dream, and I am a denizen of the breedables forum. What brings me so far from my homeland ? Why, art of course !

I have a bunch of OCs, very dear to me, that needs some nice tasty artwork. (We all know there is never enough of such thing !) as well as more elaborate references for a few more. I hope we can work together ! <3

Now, there are a few little things ill'd like to set clearly before we begin, shall we ?

First of all, I am not a native english speaker. :: My first language is french. I tried to make everything as clear as I could, but do not hesitate to ask for clarifications if you need.

I am very picky when it comes to art ! :: It's nothing against you if I refuse you, and please do not feel insulted. If I refuse you, then it's only because your style is not quite what im looking for.

Please do not point me to your art shop unless you have open slots ![ :: Likewise, please do not link me to your auction. Im not very good at keeping up with them.

If you are not going to pay close attention to the profiles, the character's appearance and personality, this is not the art request for you. :: These are very personal and beloved characters of mine - and if I can't recognize them in your art, then something is very wrong. I do allow some artistic and creative licenses, of course, but please do not take too wide creative turn without asking me how I feel about it first.

The avatars are a little more loose, especially with looks and finer details, but please do not take too much creative licenses with the main six. <3

If you draw my characters without my consent/without receiving a trade form me soon after I accept, then I will consider it a freebie. :: And I will treat it as such - that is, tip if I like it, and nothing else. I will always send a trade to you for the agreed amount as soon as I accept, so there should be no confusion.

Please price yourself. :: I suck at pricing, and will very likely under price you if you leave it up to me. Please post what you wish for me to pay you.

Please post samples ! :: I will automatically refuse you if you do not post any samples. Sorry, but I've had really bad experiences with this. Also post your own samples, for the love of everything. I HATE art thieves, being an artist myself, and if I catch wind and am given proof of you being an art thief, I will cancel the trade.

Let me know if you are willing to draw multiple characters :: These characters all have etablished relationships and I love to spoil my friends :>

Please keep me updated ! :: RL happens and art takes time, I know all that. I am more than willing to wait if you keep me updated on the status of things - and if I don't have to hunt you down to know what is going on. I reserve the right to cancel the trade if it takes more than 3 months with no news from you.

I will consider RL commissions :: But I will be even more picky than usual. Either your art needs to knock my socks clean off, or you need to be a real media artist (pencils and markers are my weaknesses) Willingness to mail me the original (internationally, as I live in Canada.) will also work in your favor.

Character Name :: Echo, goddess of Music

Themes :: Songbirds (particularly Nightingales), can be drawn with pretty much any strung / wind instrument you can think of.

Personality :: Echo has lost many of those she cared about, lately, and nearly lost herself in the process - having been too lost in her sorrow and too busy focusing on others to take care of herself. Now, she is, slowly but surely, picking back the pieces, as well as trying to figure who she is at her core - and not who she is, in relation to others.

Kind, gentle - sometimes too much so. A good listener, very emphatic to others' emotions and pain, warm and friendly. A little vain, loves to look good. Can be pouty when she doesn't get her way, and sometimes downright childish. Loves to tease her friends gently. Has the tendency to put others' needs over her own. She loves to create, and the presence of those who do so - no matter their craft. Echo more or less requires the presence of others to be at her happiest - she is a very social creature, unlike her son.

Eyes :: The sclera is a deep blue, while the iris is an ever-shifting, paler blue. Its shape varies slightly depending on ambient sound.
Hair :: Light blue, with some streaks of light purple where the light hits - if worn loose, reaches down to the floor and tails behind her. More often than not, it's pulled up in some kind of updo.
Skin Color :: Caucasian
Key Features :: Her eyes, her wings, her tail - loops of golden string that behave just like a tail would.
Clothing Style :: Wears dresses, and sometimes goes for asian influence, like wide sleeves. Will wear nearly any colors, but is partial to red, purples and blues.
Accessories :: Echo is quite partial to jewelry, and has an huge collection of it - feel free to have her wear necklaces, rings, hair ornaments, little trinkets here and there.

Character Name :: Ankou, the Spirit Guide

Themes :: Crows, magatamas, forget-me-nots, orange marigolds (he would either wear them in his hair, or leave them in his path)

Personality :: An eternal wanderer, always active and on the move, following his own path. Workaholic would be an accurate term for him. Remains closely guarded unless he is around his family, his love or his closest friends - they are the only ones who get to see his true self. Socially awkward. Has a hard time connecting to others, and prefers the company of a selected few over many. Trustworthy and loyal, both to his ideals and to those who are close to him. Impulsive and restless, always fidgeting a bit if he is required to stay still. Has a soft spot for the souls of the dead, and for children in general. A bit prideful, but will deny it if confronted. Very, very stubborn.

Eyes :: Black sclera, Bright yellow pupils. His eyes are narrow and his glance is quite piercing - he tends to look like he's glaring at people more often than not.
Hair :: Pure white - his hair reaches just a bit past his shoulders.
Skin Color: :: White with blue tints in the deepest shadows.
Key Features :: His wings - there's six of them, three per side. The feathers are black, but glow blue from the wings' emergence point as his back, fading into black in a gradient before the wing 'elbows'. The proportions of blue to black tend to vary with his emotional state - more black if he is tired or distracted, more blue if he's angry, or trying to be intimidating.
Clothing Style :: He'll wear nearly anything as long as he feels like he looks decent. Ankou dresses more for practicality than fanciness. Ankou is quite picky about colors - he mostly wears monochromes - black and white. If he wears colors, it's dark shades of cold colors, or neutral colors like brown.
Accessories :: Always wears this necklace, so if his clothing allows it, it should show. Crow feathers, wooden beads. Simple is the name of the game with him. He can be drawn with or without his spear, but I prefer with.

Character Name :: Akakios, the god of Lament

Themes :: Black roses (mostly worn in his hair), Black butterflies. Akakios is a writer, and would be often seen reading/writing, or carrying books or writing instruments. He tends to be rather old-fashioned and use quills and ink rather than pens.

Personality :: Echo's youngest son, so he shares some personality traits with her. Charismatic, and has no qualm against using his charisma to his advantage if it proves useful to him, and to get what he wants. Can be eerily quiet at times, and tends to carry an air of sadness and melancholy around him, even when he is smiling. Gentle and caring, with the best interest of others in heart. Death is a part of life, and he had made helping those who outlive their loved one recover from their loss his duty - though he will attempt to help with losses other than death, or even simply as a confident when things get rough. Lives his emotions deeply and doesn't do any effort to restrain them - he finds no shame in crying in public, for example. Knows that bottling up does more harm than good and does his best to encourage others to express themselves freely in his presence, be they mortal or god - he find everyone to be equally important on emotional matters. Akakios is also a perfectionist - everything needs to be done at the best of one's ability, or not at all.

Eyes :: Patina sclera and light gold irises. No pupil.
Hair :: Pale purple - reaches down to his lower back. His bangs are parted to one side of his face and are quite long
Skin Color :: Caucasian
]Key Features :: Markings on face, purple lips, forearms and hands covered in ashes
Clothing Style :: Has a preference for dark colors, paired with bright, vivid shades. He mostly prefers purple and gold with some blue and green tossed in every now and then. He is much like his mother in the way that he always tries to look his best. Akakios also care little for gender definition in clothing - it isn't rare to see him wear skirts, lace, or ribbons. He is rather exccentic as far as clothing is concerned, and raid his lovers' closet just as often (if not more often) than his own.
Accessories :: His veil, which is not optional. It floats over his face and doesn't really attaches to anything, and he can see as clearly as he normally could with it on. It does not block his vision. The middle part (over his eyes) are butterflies, and the rest are loops of lace.

Character Name :: Xun Jiang, the Dragon King Ti Lung; Lifewater of Worlds

Themes :: Water, water lilies, sea serpents / dragons

Personality :: Caretaker, nurturer, provider. Xun Jiang is kind, gentle, fatherly - he will adopt pretty much anyone and anything who will let him... And maybe even some people who doesn't. It is in his nature to take care of others, and he does exactly that. He is a champion of life, but realize that there must be a balance in all things - life and death - and respects that balance. At the same time, he knows exactly where his place is in said balance, and would much rather nurture and safeguard than harm - he would rather leave such things to the gods aligned to such influences. The dragon is lighthearted and surprisingly easy to approach for a god of his stature and rank, but he is also able to commend respect - and expects to get it when he actually asks for it. He has a bit of a mischievous side, and he enjoys pulling tricks and teasing those he care about - it is simply one of the many ways he showcase his affection.

Eyes :: Medium blue sclera, bright blue iris, slit pupils much like a serpent's.
Hair :: Bright blue, wild and untamed, sticking in all directions. Much more mane-like than hair.
Skin Color :: Light blue
]Key Features :: Ear fins, scales on eyebrows, upper arms and legs. Wings at his midsection. Tail with fanned end. Scales on wings and tail go from blue to white in a gradient. Clawed hands and three-toed feet that resemble talons more than humanoid feet.
Clothing Style :: Minimal, with color preferences leaning to purples, blues and whites. Loincloth to cover what needs to be covered less mortals freak out. Blue and purple scaled armor on his midsection, lower arms and upper legs.
Accessories :: Nothing that's not shown on the ref.

Character Name :: Caelia, the goddess of Augury.

Themes :: Birds - most notably bird of prey like falcons, hawks, and eagles.

Personality :: Caelia is curious about everything in the world around her, and will attempt to toy with anything she can get her hands on. She has inherited her father's restlessness and getting the young goddess to stay still is quite a challenge in itself. Learns by doing rather than being taught. Caelia is bright, cheerful, very expressive, and quite mischievous - with an habit to escape whatever keeper she happens to be stuck with to go and explore her surroundings. Gets into trouble on a daily basis - often dragging her brother and sister right into it. Adorable, and knows it. A bit of an airhead and a little clumpsy. Quite accident prone.

Caelia is very widely expressive to the point of exaggeration, sometimes.

Eyes :: Dusty rose sclera, dark pink irises, yellow pupils
Hair :: Dark purple. her hair reaches down to her lower back and usually is left loose.
Skin Color :: Caucasian
Key Features :: Caelia has two pairs of feathered wings on her back - the first pair is dark purple in color, where the second has very dark purple feathers, nearly black. She has yellow headwings rather than ears. Her fingers are much longer than they normally should be.
Clothing Style :: Boho fits her really well. Caelia mostly wears warm colors and neutral tones like cream. Dresses are favored over pants, and light, airy fabric above heavy ones. Caelia loves to wear and stack jewelry !

Feathers - Caelia favors either natural feathers, or shed feathers from some family member or another.

Jewelry - More is better. Bigger is better. STACK ALL THE THINGS. She loves cloth wrapped bangles especially because of this.

Character Name :: Nuhava, the goddess of Strength

Themes :: Big Cats - lions and tigers in general. the gladiolus flower

Personality :: Nuhava is a bit of a firecracker. She's willful, determined, and quite willing to take on someone twice as big as she is, if that is what it takes. Nuhava fears very little, and intimidating her is quite an hard task indeed - and she will not be shy of letting one know when they fall short of her expectations. Strength is in your face, Strength is right in the middle of the action, and she will not be the least bit shy about it. Strength is hard-headed and once her mind is set on a goal, well, good luck making her stop going toward it.

Respect toward her and her own with earn an individual her respect in turn. Disrespect her and she will, in turn, disrespect you as well. Bite and she will bite back - possibly twice as hard as you did. Her new-found temper is quite easily invoked as she works out the mechanisms of having to reign it in when it would serve her better to do so. Nuhava is rather fiercely protective of those she consider her own - be they her followers, her servants, or those she consider as family or close friends. That they might be able to defend themselves just fine is quite irrelevant to her - mess with them, and you mess with her in turn. In more general situations, however, Nuhava sees herself more like a teacher and an inspiration, if a very deeply involved one. She shapes those she touches and inspire in her own image, and in theory those will then do the same in turn.

Under the rougher exterior, however, does exist a woman full of newly found curiosity and wonder - a woman animated with a new found passion, a true desire to live, to know, experience, and feel more than she had allowed herself to be prior to her fading. It is only by allowing herself to truly connect with all aspects of her domain that she can truly master it, and only by truly understanding a mortal's mind can she connect to it to the best of her ability. True strength is not to ignore one's emotions, but to take them and deal with them as they come.

Eyes :: Dark blue pupils, bright blue irisies, red sclera
Hair :: Her hair is a light, icey blue, and reaches down past her shoulderblades when left down. More often than not it is pulled up or back in some fashion - be it pinned, a pun, or a ponytail.
Skin Color :: Medium brown with red markings on her fingers and feet.
Key Features :: Nuhava has four arms, two on each side. Her ears are more like two triangular bumps on each side of her head rather than actual ears, if they are visible. She also has small black horns on each side of her head that curl slightly, and a lion tail.
Clothing Style :: Nuhava flip flops in between more casual, practical clothing for training, and fancier dresses for special occasions. Feel free to make up some clothing for her ! She's not exactly modest, either, so she can show some skin if you feel like it. Dress-wise, she is usually drawn toward chinese-style slitted dresses, or indian saris.
