It been just ugh, the cramps seem to spread to my lady bits and back to my lower abdomen and it annoying as f. Thanks I appreciate it. Oh, yeah it might be your last ones. Here's to freedom from Shark week!

Insomnia varies with me. Most times I wake several times and stay awake two-three hours after, other times I can fall back asleep but usually when I need to be somewhere early and other times like today 30 mins sleep. Autocorrect is helping spell all this for me.

Oooh no! Back pain is awful! You poor thing! I hope it goes away. Have you tried temperature like hot or cold? Mind you, having a cold back doesn't help you sleep. Heavier painkillers it a temporary fix, I guess they will help you sleep. Can the doctor do anything?

I dont know much about that, but I guess it is hehe

Ugh sounds like you have awful cramps! Mine aren't that bad thankfully, but all other things increase, pain, headaches and moodswings. But yeah for me it's probably over soon. I wish there was something for you so it wouldn't be so bad. crying

What you tell me about your insomnia sounds a little bit like mine too. I fall asleep and wake up couple of hours later and then I can't go back asleep again. Tossing and turning. Or waking up every other hour. Bleh.

Yeah that back pain is something. No the doctor can't do a thing for me. I have had physiotherapy for it and it helped somewhat. Mostly I just learned to deal with it, because it always comes back. I tried different matrasses and I tried different therapy. It just won't go away. Sometimes it's worse than other times. I try doing yoga and it helps somewhat. Oh well. it's a thing I have to learn to live with unfortunately.

How has your day been?

How has your day been?
The cramps have eased off a little now. I found heat works well with the cramps.
Itis a pain that's for sure. I hope I cured it as I had 30 mins sleep before going on a seafishing trip at 2am yesterday morning. I woke up about 7 ish this morning.

So exercise and stretching seems to help? At least that's something. Yeah I have GORD and that will never go away. When that flares up, it's discomfort for what seems forever.

That's good to read I am glad those cramps have eased off! You went on a seafishing trip? That sounds super exciting to me. How was it? Do you live near the sea? Which side of GB are you on? ^^;

Yes the exercise and stretching helps, but I can't overdo it. Then it makes things worse.
I had to google GORD, that is like super painful. I'm so sorry you have to live with that. sad Must be difficult with food too, does it have a lot of influence on it?

I'm on the West side of GB. I live on a peninsula between North Wales and Liverpool called Wirral. I fish the Mersey River which is a saltwater river and you can catch eel, cod, bass plaice and dab as well as other fish. I didn't catch any but my uncles caught 4 bass, three plaice and two eels. We threw them back as they were too small to eat (we have a legal size guide which we follow).

Ah you have to strike a balance? As with all things.
Yeah GORD unfortunately dictates what you can eat. I have to live on super plain foods most of the time. No spices, no tomato no onions and garlic (there's a big list and that includes chocolate I can't live without having a piece lol) . I do on occasion have one spoon of spicy food (I crave it) just to savour it and suffer discomfort for about a week afterward.
I would have to live on protein pump inhibitors for the rest of my life if I want to live a 'normal' life but even those have a temporary effect so I decided not to take them.
I blame the Internet. (lol jk)

I googled it and it looks like a really beautiful place! But I am biased I think. I have always been a big fan of the UK. The scenery is so pretty and the times I travelled there I've always felt so at home. Like it was was my home in a previous life. Do your uncles fish for hobby or also professionally? To bad you guys didn't catch anything you could take home.

Ugh sounds like a very strickt diet. crying I can imagine that it's very tough at times.
How fragile we are as humans hm? When something in the system isn't working properly, it can have such big consequences. Big hug for you emotion_hug

The coastal areas are beautiful, I admit. We do fishing as a hobby and mainly fish off the beaches. you may have lived here in a past life, there are very few places I have been that give that safe, familiar feeling.

Yeah it is very strict and pretty underwhelming. The occasional bit of spice or flavoursome item makes it all worthwhile.
Yeah we are fragile but we live on our wits to survive. Thanks you my friend. Big hugs to you on your journey! emotion_hug emotion_bigheart

Hi dear how are you doing? I'm sorry I only get back to you now. I have been very busy the last couple of days. My weekend is going to be busy too, BBQ tonight and tomorrow birthday party, monday is the psychologists turn again. sweatdrop

You can relate to that? The feeling that you have been somewhere before even if you've never been there before? I had that a lot in Scotland when I was touring there. And after I went home I had 6 months a 'homesick' feeling. So weird. Never had that before.

Wishing you a lovely weekend, i hope it's good for you. emotion_hug emotion_hug
