We've been trying to contact him, so far no luck. André is not so far in his past data that he knows. He's tried to get there in his system, but it seems to be hidden or something. I don't understand really. I guess it works different for him than it does in our memories. Although our memory can get blocked too.

I guess he must be shy or secretive. All I can say is to keep trying for a little longer. If nothing comes of it I guess you could leave it for a while and see if he comes back (he may have left so the communication may take a while to reach him).
Ah sounds like a failsafe or extra programming that may be triggered to allow access maybe. Sound like you may need a good old fashioned hacker to see if they can breach the lock.

Thanks! I don't mind telling you of any of the races or a particular character. I find having a back story helps with the foundations of art... Unless you like to draw the character first (which I tend to do alot)
