Thank you so much for all the information Ouroboros! Indeed Lemon balm seems to be the best option. I have to see if I can get it somewhere so I can use it. I am familiar with Lavender and also Rhodiola. I have used Rhodiola for a while and it really helped me lots. I might try starting that up again.

That's a noble goal. You'll do great. I guess your friend is trying his best to help you and it seems to work. I do hope that Hirato’s guys and gals can help you out. Knowing the guy, I bet he's preparing everything from all that paperwork to hand picking the best people and equipment to help you out. I mean, he's deal with Mechonians and those guys are a marvel with technology. I guess he or rather his team know alot about this.

Oh its the best thing to do, it may ease you mind, you know help you stop worrying or even stop being scared altogether.
I had a recurring dream when I was a youngling. I was being chased by a huge shape, humanoid and felt it was male. The shadow was dangerous and chased me whenever it could. One day, I told a female who kept herself partially hidden under some large sheets and she told me to try and stand my ground and I will see who was chasing me. At first, I was unable to and felt overwhelmed at this presence in my bad dreams. Eventually, I had enough of running and held onto those spoken words by my mysterious advisor. I turned to face that huge shadow and demanded it to show himself.
As it stalked toward me, it shrunk to my amazement and the blackness revealed the exact mirror image of myself! I was amazed and so was he! I woke feeling renewed, stronger somehow.

I am very well, thank you. As you know, things are rather busy but less stressful for us all. It seems that particular deadline has been met and those teams who worked so diligently are now having a vacation for a few weeks.

I have had nightmares and a lot of vivid dreams lately. I think I am processing stuff in my sleep. Maybe that causes the headaches. Today it is going okay though. No more headaches. Thankfully.

My best friend visited me this morning he comes from out of town, he told me it was crazy getting to my place.It was crazy busy everywhere. UGH not a day for me. I'll rather hide under a rock haha

Yes I am. I am very much into herbs and natural healing. I grew up with that, my mom told me a lot when I was young. But she passed away when I was still young. So I had to learn the rest myself. In face I have a degree in pharmacy, just a basic one, but I had to learn about phytotherapy and homeotherapy. I thought that was the most interesting part of the studies. wink

Speaking of the outdoors (i read in another post that you love that). I have a daily walk at the park here with my dog. And it's amazing what a bit of sunshine and rain does to nature in spring, isn't it? It's like nature exploded into a green utopia. I love it so much.

Oh goodness, those dream really go in the past. I can relate in a way. Some dream reccuring too. I have had nightmares where something was following me in my dreams. Until I learned that it is possible to interfere in your dream and turn around, except of running away. I learned how to do that and it worked. The nightmare never came back again.

Yeah, those nightmares of being chased or something intimidating you is tough to overcome but once you can grab control you can turn things around.
I get the leap really high and fall nightmares now, they're a pain as there seems to be no way of slowing your descent, sometimes I can control it and sometimes I can't.

That's lovely to hear that you two are best of friends even after a split. I like that a lot! heart

Thank you, yes she was a wonderful teacher in that way. I am grateful I had such basic learning of the essentials. Because now I always think, can I first heal naturally, before I resort to regular medication.
