Want an animated reference image for your Arena entry? Then look no further!
I can and will create an animation of your animated avatar, upload it, post it here and you can enter the Arena with an animated Reference Image of how glorious your avatar really looks instead of the still, bland shadow that pops up.
There are some do's and don'ts though.
DO'S:
* Always follow the Terms of Service. They are very much a golden standard throughout Gaia and contain the following three points:
NO Spamming
NO Flaming and/or Trolling.
NO Scamming.
* Quote the Quote me Here! post when you want an animation.
* Be patient. I'm a human being with a life outside Gaia. Besides that: creating these animations takes time!
* You can ask for an animation for the new week till Sunday 09:00AM.
Might seem like a strange time to you but I live in the GMT+1 zone so it's evening for me.
* Make sure you have the avatar you wish to enter equipped!
I need the animated avatar equipped to make the animation. However, if you have one of the animated Lunar Phases equipped and combined with other Astra's, please set the Lunar Phase to still. The animation is far to long and smooth to look good crammed in 10 sec.
* If possible: sport your avatar on your profile and grant me access for a spell. Make sure there are no images in front of it and that the opacity of your profile is set to 100%.
This ensures a clean, uninterrupted .gif file without blodges of text balloons on the side and images shining trough/layered over it.
You can change your profile settings back to what it was and unfriend me after I'm done ^_^
* Do hang out, chit-chat, get to know each other and have an overall good time while waiting for your animation.
DON'TS:
* Don't break the Rules and Guidelines, obviously.
* NO Spamming, NO Flaming and/or Trolling, NO Scamming [can't stress that enough]
* Don't expect me to turn a still into an animation, I'm no miracle worker.
* Don't change your avatar constantly after signing up for an animation, wait till I'm done.
* Don't change your avatar constantly and expect me to create a new animation for each change.
* Don't make me put up a black and white list. I wholly hate them, so don't make me call them to life here!
Q&A:
Q: I'm not entering the Arena's but I need an animation of my avatar for a contest. Will you make one for me too?
A: Yep! Though this shop is focused on Arena entries, I will make one for you too! Just make sure you have the right avatar equipped and have quoted the Quote me Here! post.
Q: Why is the animation only 10 seconds? The Astra('s) I've used take much more time before they loop...
A: That would be because Photobucket can't handle animations longer (and thus bigger in size) than that without crashing~
Q: Can't you give a 10+ seconds animation a try for me?
A: Believe me when I tell you: I have explored the borders thoroughly. So that'd be a no.
Q: So... You made this .gif for me. How do I save and upload it?
A: Right click on the image and select save as, give the little bugger a destination and a name. Now head for Photobucket or any other site in the line of that where you have an account and upload it. Copy paste the http:// part into the arena's Reference Image URL(optional).
