I gotta wonder how people get the phoba/extreme fear of (X.) Like I'm terrified of spiders, but they don't scare me enough that I can't kill them. I have a very mild case of trypophobia, I'm working it by introducing myself to slow amounts of bubbles, ect.

Pictures creep me out but I take off and run away when I see one. I was chased out of the laundry room for hours one day because of it.

Pictures only bug me to a degree. And there's a video of a spider burying itself in sand thats cute.

I've tried staring a small spider before, I managed it but I was uncomfortable.

It's a good start. Slowly babby steps. You can't push it or you'll wind up worse.
