First off...I'd just like to say that this is going to be a HARD one to draw.
I have her pictured in my mind, but no talent of my own to draw her.
I've been writing a story about her for a while, and seeing her would just be an aweing dream.
However, I can totally understand if you look at the size of her description and go "FTW NO WAI!"
Or even if you READ the description and go "FTW NO WAI AGAIN!"

Sex: Female
Age: Stopped aging in her late 20's.
Race: Hybrid (Human/Dragon/Fox)
History: Military background (Scientifically bred, training camps)
Abilities: Manipulation/creation of both fire and ice. A useless (for sight) third eye on her forehead allows manipulation of memories.
Eyes: Slitted eyes (like a cats): one red, one blue.
Third Eye: Doesn't look like an eye. Looks like a universe contained in her eye socket. A cat-eyed marble in the very middle looking like a planet amongst(sp?) the stars (specks in the sky, not star stars). The slit for her eye lids is horizontal instead of vertical like our eyes. Go ahead and keep this eye closed if you'd like. It mostly is anyway.
Face: High cheek bones. Small nose. Thin lips. Gentle features overall.
Expressions: 1. Cold, blank stare. Cutting out emotions to do her work.
2. Child like confusion. Wanting to go home to mommy. Not understanding who or what she is. Scared.
Hair: Dirty blonde fading into brown. Her hair is unkempt and dirty, chopped roughly above her shoulders. It should be uneven and messy.
Ears: As well as a pair of human ears, she has fox ears on her head.
Tail(s): One fox tail, and one dragon tail. (The dragon tail should get thicker as it gets nearer to her. Two to three feet long. Fox tail is located above the dragon tail, and is still the size that it would be attached to a regular fox.
Skin: Human skin on her face/neck/middle chest/stomach. All other areas are covered in black scales. She is caucasian, with the scales completely covering her arms, legs, feet, and hands. The entire lower section of her body is in scales, and the skin starts to show around her belly button.
Teeth: Fangs on top and bottom sets. (Fed raw meat). Fangs show when her mouth is closed.
Wings: Very large wings. As long as she was tall and as wide as two of her tall. (Can’t actually fly from stationary, needs to jump/glide). Dragon looking, and black.
Legs/feet: Bulky. Muscular. Feet are similar to eagles or hawks talens - two claws forward, one back.
Arms/hands: Still femenin(sp?) look, with a bit of muscle. Her strength is in her legs, not her arms. Human-like arms. Long finger nails with thick, long, pointed nails. Often referred to as claws.
Clothes: No clothes! cool She was raised to be an animal and treated as such. Her scales cover her naughty bits, so you don't need to draw anything above pg-13. With her boobs, her scales cover just around her nipples, but the middle of her chest should be bare skin.
