not necessarily. Those requirements are precautions put in place for my own protection, and depending on how many entries a particular category gets, I may end up giving it out anyways.

I just don't swear to it is all <_<

So know, if you want, you can always submit the sketches as WIPs, and I will upgrade them to full entries for you if they are complete enough, but you can edit them later if you want in colour or ink or whatever. :3 (finished sketches/line arts are complete enough in my PoV)

Also, if you'd like, pictures often qualify for more than one category, so if you want to you can aim your pic at more than one catagory (example: Best Kiwa and sexiest, Best Ed and Best Original outfit, Best Tyr and best action, etc etc)
