Also, the painting is done! Yayyy.
I ended up combining Painter 12 and OpenCanvas 4, I threw the picture back and forth between programs a lot.

I'm just realizing that I've now drawn or assembled(from other drawings) 10 different pictures of Mandy to use in my RP with her. and I'm sure there will be more. xd Hopefully this is ok? sweatdrop I'm just having way to much fun drawing her so much and trying to get different expressions. I know that RP is supposed to be about the writing and not so much the pictures. but I love the pictures! 4laugh I'm just super visual. Hopefully this isn't bothering anyone... sweatdrop

The man's follow up question caught him off gaurd. Such a strange question- well, an amusing one to be certain. Perhaps this fellow was more off-kilter than he appeared to be? The bizzare choice of inquiries almost made him chuckle aloud, but he refrained from letting it loose. Rhyn didn't assume the man to be an idiot. He had met many individuals with what could be considered abnormal habits or ways of thinking- of which some may have been underexperienced or uneducated, but rarely stupid.

His expression changed to one of light confusion- or curiousity. "What makes you say that?" The concept of being able to hear others thoughts was interesting enough, he surmised. All kinds of information could be gained, for good or ill... He shuddered inwardly. If that kind of power existed, those with ill intentions would surely abuse it to acheive their goals. On the same token, the ability to delve into other's minds could yeild great adavances in medicine- particularily in understanding the brain. Those were a few of his thoughts concerning the matter.

If such power did exist, he pitied those who had it. Afterall, with great knowledge comes great responsibility.

haha, no, it's more like boredom. I've been doing a lot of drawing lately for my job and it get stressful or super boring all the time. so I draw Mandy when I'm taking a brake or needing to draw something fun. The headshots are actually really fast (of her anyway since I draw her so much). i actually love drawing other people's characters to. I'm trying to think of some kind of mini contest that I can draw a billion things for. If they're just heads, it's really easy and fun. smile

Anyone have any mimi contest ideas? I'm thinking something to do with the RP would be fun.

Hmm, mini contest? Maybe have people give idea's for facial expressions that many or their character would have? Or a dice roll? but dice rolls do take lots of time.

haha, unfortunately, not else really happens when I go slow. I'm actually a realism artist so that's about as good as my anime looking stuff gets. The only things I spend much time on are RL portraits. I'm not so good at those for OC's though. I only draw off of photos for stuff like that. Maybe I should try again... I'd show you something realistic of one of my OC's but it was done years ago and I don't think it's good anymore. Maybe I should take some time on one of Mandy...

"Bloody fu-" Amelia backtracked and her hand went for her sword as a demonic cloud rose from Lita's body. As the fox-like being rose into the air, the woman's eyes grew wide in primal fear. As she backed away and saw the scope of the form that loomed above, Amelia's hand traced the sign of the cross in an uncharacteristic prayer.

"Wha-?" The creature spoke and Amelia's blood ran cold. Such a small child has such a monster inside of her?! The captain's hand returned to her sword and she wondered feebly if she could cut Lita free.

Wait, protect?
Amelia watched as Lita, despite being forced to her knees by this apparition, reprimanded it. The woman stayed her sword, but kept a hand on its hilt. Through her mask, her eyes were demanding and harsh.

"Protect? Look at what you're doing to her!" She gestured to Lita's small frame under the creature's huge dimensions. "How is this protecting her?! If she is truly yours, let her go!"

At the beast's glare down at the girl, Amelia drew her rapier. She set a level gaze on the apparition's form.
"What do you want with Lita?"

Her heart was beating painfully against her chest, and fears and doubts swirled in her mind. Perhaps I will find out what happens should I die in the Afterlife... But if she were to die, it would be battle and she would see Lita free from whatever curse bound this foul apparition to her.
