Heh, awesome! And I see through your plot: only pretending to leave so you can lurk around! Shame on you!

At his question, Lamia looked over at Pahkakino thoughtfully. Changing location might put her in a better position than the one she was currently in, and would relieve her of the mask for at least a short time. She nodded, and looking back over at the young man with a slightly flirtatious smile, she gently pushed the plate of food into his hands. "Feel free to accompany us," she winked, brushing slowly past him as she went to Meilin to return the mask.

Quickly apologizing to both him and his demonic customer, she informed him that she had to step outside, and that she did not feel comfortable carrying his mask with her. "I would not want anything to happen to such a beautiful treasure, so I will return it to you until I can resume my assistance." She curtsied quickly, and returned to the small group, adamantly not making eye contact with the angel.

"Shall we?" she asked, taking the opportunity to inspect the "runt-elf." She wondered if the girl would ever grow taller.

His gaze flicking back and forth, Pahkakino smiled at Mandy, "Yes, you look very much like a human, but," he leaned closer to the girl and sniffed easily, "had I been paying attention it's clear that you are not." As he smiled, the demon showed one fang, then turned back to Lamia to see if she would, or could, leave.

Mandy was growing impatient and increasingly irritable. "Can you feel that buzzing?" She asked under her breath, more to her self then to the others.

"No Mandy. You have the head right now." The other sighed. "But I do feel something. I'd don't know if I'd call it buzzing. Just a feeling. It wasn't happening earlier when I was out. Maybe it's coming from that guy who spilled everything, though I doubt it's because of his personality."

Mandy glared over at the awkward man and huffed a disgruntled sigh. Turning to face him, Mandy's feet started lifting off the floor as she clenched her hands into fists. "Hey," the other continued softly, trying to change the subject and calm her down before her feet could leave the ground.

Mandy froze. "What?" she hissed, shooting a glaze to her side, as if to look behind her.

"He said we're not humans right? But have you heard of them before? I feel like I have."

Mandy tensed up. Something about this idea of humans was making her mad. She turned back to the demon. "Do you have human's where you're from? What are like? Do you like them?"

{OOC: This is so funny. *fails at patience* Luna, I think this response of mine should go after Mandy leading the way out.}

Watching with interest as the child began to move, Pahkakino got the distinct impression that Mandy had more to her than the eye would guess. "Humans don't live on Abyss, my world. They live on another world." Pahkakino's tail was swaying lazily around his feet, "I have not met many, but some were pleasant, others were not. Demons are not well liked on that world."

Once Lamia came back Pahkakino stood tall and easily made his way through the crowd, gently creating a path for the girl ahead of him and woman behind him with subtle pushes and extensions of his wings. Once outside, he took a deep breath, taking in the scents of the outside world.

Shock made him pause though. 'Blood?!' he looked carefully at Mandy, then at Lamia. His eyes widened. 'What in the nine Hells?!'

OOC: Oops! Sorry, I didn't see you were back. xd

"finally!"
Mandy thought to herself. "Yeah, lets go." she said turning for the doorway, eager to lead the way.

As far as I know, they'll be making a place in the forums to vote sometime next week/in the upcoming weeks, so we can vote on developments we'd like to see.

No, no it's mine. Okay, I'm pretty sure it's Luna's turn now. I edited my post so now it makes sense, and only the order of my last post and yours LadyMatrona need to be switched. ^~^

((Sorry I'm so slow guys >< wink )
Lamia broke in to the two's conversation as they walked outside. "Well, I am a human. And what they are like really depends on their own situations." It wasn't a total lie, depending on how you looked at it. Technically the 'undead' qualifier should be put in front of the word to make it totally accurate, but still.

As the cool air hit her face, Lamia's brows furrowed slightly. Her face felt cold; like it was wet... She could not suppress her groan.
We should do something to mark reaching page 200..... wink

(when it happens)

Maybe Lias could make a return and marry Erinia.... wink
