the cops around where i live arnt aloud to leave their cars running any more while they are wating on the side of the road.

so you go driveing by them and they turn on their lights, start their car, and by the time they get on the road you are already gone xD LOL!

Just confront the problem! Explain to her brother that staring freaks you out, and that might help things a little.

Sucks for me. XD My friend developed a rash from coming to my house so many times when we were little because of all the trees and pollen around.
