Okay, guys, here is the to-do list of what needs to happen for the awards ceremony:

1. Final Prize Value Check - this will also determined the final number of places (how many 4th place prizes there will be, etc.) and will include adding in any prizes that are still missing from the list
2. Final Judging - putting all the entries in proper prize order - 75% done
3. Entry Commentary - self-explanatory, and hopefully helping people understand why certain entries won - 4% done
4. F. A. Q. - my attempt to stave off any giant uproars over the results XD - 80% done
5. Ceremony Formatting - template for the ceremony posts - 15% done
6. Username Check - making sure all usernames are correct, checking if anyone's username has changed - this will be done absolutely last!

I'm aiming to hold the awards September 1st, but I'll be honest, it could be a bit later than that. I will do my best!

For now, I'm going out to join my coworkers in celebrating tonight's eviction! :3

You've got a lot on your plate Romesilk but I think you've got a good plan laid out and plenty of time to get through it. Writing up all the commentary takes a long time, especially in such a big contest!

sweatdrop That's really bizarre that people take offence over it... A contest judging criteria is based on different things, and with something as intangible as art.... it's not something you can really argue.
