Hey everyone!

Sorry for the delay, the judging took longer than expected!

It takes longer to judge more entries, but the bigger problem was that there was a lot of market instability. I always expect some degree of instability and there are always a few items that get "frozen" and sent to the next month, by which point they've usually stabilized and can be given out.

Unfortunately, today, there were 21 unstable items out of the 70+ items allocated for the month. O_o;;;

Since I don't want to give someone an item that looks like it's worth a lot but is worthless (with the exception of the intentionally highly variable Brown Paper Bag Award), I had to basically audit all of this month's items and several leftover items so I could award good, stable prizes that won't cause too many problems. (BPBA excepted!)

Since I'm running late, I'm also writing these awards on the fly. XD;;;
