Hello, and welcome to Mew and Ducky's 2nd annual art contest! We're happy to be able to hold this contest because only a few months ago, our original accounts [Mew_Salt] and =..Lady..Ducky..=, were hacked. But with the help, support, and donations from both friends and strangers, we were able to make enough gold to give as prize money. Thank you to everyone who donated!

The contest has been extended! WIPs are now due by September 13th and finished art must be submitted by th 16th. The winners will be announced on September 19th.

●Contest begins on June 3rd and ends on September 13th. The winners will be announced on September 16th.
●All WIPs (Works in progress) mush be entered by September 10th.
●All artwork entered must be your own work. No exceptions.
●You man not enter art that you've previously made for either of us. You entry has to be made specifically for this contest.
●Please do not submit artwork with mature content, Keep it PG-13.
●Please PM your entries to me (OMG Talie O_O) rather than posting them in this thread.
●Title your PM "The floor is Lava" so I know you read the rules.
●You may enter as many times as you'd like, but you're only eligible to win one prize.
●If there aren't at least 10 entries by the deadline, no prizes will be awarded, but all artists will be given some gold for their efforts.
●Keep in mind, we will keep your artwork. We will NEVER claim it as our own, but we may resize it, use in in banners, or use it as a reference picture in another contest.

Age: 14

Personality: Jean is a very relaxed sort of person. She enjoys just hanging out most of the time, but she also likes to fight. She tends to act and speak before she thinks which gets her into a lot of trouble.
Info: Jean was born in a world called the Nova Exit, and lived there until it was destroyed when she was about seven. She ended up at Disney Castle where she lived with Donald, Goofy, Chip, and Dale (She sometimes jokes that she was raised by chipmunks) for seven more years. The story begins when she receives a gummi ship for her 14th birthday and uses it to go to Traverse Town.

Weapons/abilities: She has the ability to go into "fighting form" (which is a lot like Sora's Anti-form) But in the story, she only does this once. Other wise, she doesn't fight a lot.
Personality: She's very shy. When she first appeared, she refused to talk to anyone but Tyson.
Info: Ora appeared in Traverse Town when Jean lost her heart. Jean was made a Heartless, so now Ora is here. Ora likes Tyson a little more than she should, considering she's a Nobody.

Name: Lexi
Age: 15
Height: 5'6"
Hair: Long brown hair that covers her right eye, the ends are colored blue
Eyes: Gray
Skin color: Very pale
Clothes: [Regular Outfit] [Halloween Town][Multi outfits]
Personality: In the beginning of the story, she's a loner who has little to do with other people. She warms up a bit by the end of the story, but she still like people to fear her a little. Because she doesn't have a heart, she isn't very emotional, but it's still not a good idea to provoke her.
Info: Lexi is a nobody who lives alone in a creepy old mansion in Traverse town. Her favorite think to do is scare people with her ghost-like abilities (walking though walls, invisibility, ect.). In the beginning of the story, she joins with the bad guys, making her Jean and co.'s enemy. But she teams up with them in the end.

Hair: Light brown (although it's mostly covered by his hat)
Eyes: Light blue
Skin color: Slightly tanned
Body build: A little on the scrawny side, but still fit.
Clothes: [Regular outfit]
Personality: Tyson is mostly immature, and very flirtatious. He spends most of his time goofing off, and he can be kind of...slow sometimes. But he's different around Jean. He feels like he needs to protect her. He's pretty upset because Jean doesn't remember him.
Info: Originally form the Nova Exit, Tyson ended up in Traverse Town when his world was destroyed. Later on, he found Ora and helped he get her heart back. He then learned that Ora was the nobody of his childhood friend, Jean. Jean doesn't remember him at all and tries to avoid him when she can.

-Ideas-

[1]-Tyson singing kareoke (probably singing badly XD)
[2]- TysonxOra = win. You could draw them sharing a snack, having some fun, of just hanging out.
[3]- Tyson has a huge crush on Lexi, though she doesn't exactly return his feelings. In fact, most of his attempt to talk to her end up with him getting hurt. You could draw him attemping to give her flowers/gifts, trying to ask her out, ect.

Age: 113 (which is pretty young by the standers of her race)
Height: 10"
Hair: Blond
Eyes: Magenta
Clothes: [Regular outfit][Hair][Halloween Town](Note: one of Mei abilities is to instantly change her clothing. So if you have an Idea for another outfit, you're free to draw that too. Just stick to pinks, greens, yellows, of any other bright colors.)
Info: A hyper, fun-loving pixie who Jean met when she crash-landed on a small island. Ever since then, Mei has followed Jean Evey where. Mei's hobbies include flying around people's heads, eating dry Kool aid, and collecting feathers. Her feather collection is so big, it takes up a whole secret room. Her most prized possessions are the little feathers that she wears.

[1]-Mei's usually never seen with out Jean, so you can draw them together if you want. Keep the size difference in mind though.

Name: Mariposa
Age: 14.
Height: 5' 3"
Hair: An even clash of black and purple.
Eyes: Deep purple.
Clothes: regular clothing -Though if you like, you can design an outfit for her. One of Mari's remarkable traits is her spontaneity, so feel free to just go with the flow. Remember, though, she only wears shades of white, gray and purple and cutesy or grungy/rock clothing.-
Weapons/Abilities: StarSeeker Keyblade . For what she lacks in strength, she makes up for in speed, agility and magic.
Personality: Mari is not your typical princess. She is never seen sitting still or not smiling and she is known to act on impulse and spontaneity. All of her friends will tell you that she is loud, extremely active and very very hyperactive for her size. They will also tell you that, as hard as it is, getting on her bad side is never a good idea.
Info: Mari is the sole heiress to the Adeline City throne, but at the tender age of twelve, her world is destroyed by a mysterious group of people. In a desperate attempt to save their daughter, the dying Queen of Adeline City sent Mariposa to a nearby world and locked up their own, never to be seen again until their princess returned. However, in addition to sending her to Hollow Bastien, the Queen also replaced her memories with ones of growing up under the care of Cloud Strife.

-Ideas-
[1] - She loves hanging out with Levi from the very start, even though she can't remember him at all. So you can draw her with Levi just doing random things.
[2] - She loves clocks, especially ones with roman numerals or look really really cool. So you can draw her in a clock motif if you like.
[3] - She loves stars and wings and is commonly drawn with such a motif.
[4] - Draw her rock style. Ripped jeans, band-tees the whole dealy!

Hair: Really light blond

Personality: He may come off needy at first, but Levi is a very determined guy. He loves having fun though. Living with Mari, he learns to break a few rules on the ride.
Info: A knight in training and Mari's childhood friend. When the princess was sent away, he went on a mission to rescue her and restore their world. He feels that he would be the best chance of restoring her memory because of their bond from being best friends since her birth.
