It takes me at least 2 - 3 hours to get to sleep at night and I wake inexplicably at least 5 times each night... It's not fun...

I have to take 2000 IU of vit-D but am always forgetting so by the time my next dr. appointment comes around I'll probably have to up it... If only I could remember to take it...

Haha, sleeping in to me is 7:45 - 8:00 ish so it's really only maybe 15 - 30 mins of sleeping in... I really should talk to my doc about melatonin... sweatdrop

I can relate

Melatonin is a good idea
but you would probably need higher levels. If your insurance covers it, maybe even a sleep study
Because
you probably need something to help
