why wouldn't they?
it was really needed, place was too dark without it :3

.....it's was dim on purpose to create a more intimate atmosphere....

it's a cafe, not a dinner for two restaurant > .>

it was a romantic type cafe.....not an internet cafe >.>

if it were an internet cafe, I'd understand the dimness

cafes are supposed to be bright places with nice beverages and maybe some tasty sweets and a calm atmosphere for some chatting with friends or reading

i guess.....but still you didn't have to knock out teh whole wall...
