Yes, if I have a few entries that are SUPER amazing I will still give out the big prize biggrin I need as much art of the main couple by the 19th of this month, so the points that they are worth will be reduced after that time. The contest, however, will not end until the last day of this month.

Umm...I feel this is a rip off
If you look at many other contests the prize is a lot more than 1.3M (sometimes 100M+) and isn't there a rule saying that you MUST have an ending date and no matter how many entries you have you have to still give out the "big" prizes.
I think that you would do much better in the Art Request forum or looking at Art Shops.

Also please try not to break forum rules and regulations ((reason for all the down votes probably)) in what you say

But the highest the first prize can be is 1.3M
