i do bid at the occasional auction, though.

I've only bid...um... four times now :'D amazing, no? I like commissions better where you know you'll get it XD;

commissions are cool and all, but usually better art comes from auctions.
since all the amazing commission artists have full slots like. 100% of the time. : (
and you can buy art from 10 people all at once. xp

but auctions always cost way more. : (

in shops and stuff.
people usually order and then leave. : (
or maybe that's just in temp shops. D:

That's temp shops mainly XD; Most permanent shops have people's friends crowding in and talking endlessly <3 (or at least, the ones I've been in :'D I've made a ton of friends this way XD; )
