〖General Story:〗
This is the first art auction - hell, the first art thing I'm doing on Gaia for gold. I've worked on a few other art projects, but never an auction and never for a charge. So, seeing as there's a whole smack of items I want and the fact that I want to practice my tablet skills, why not have an auction, right?
So, as it's my first time, please be gentle with me. If you've got any tips/suggestions/hugs, I'd love 'em. :3

I'm not doing an auto-buy simply because I want to see how the bidding process works, and how much people are willing to pay for my stuff. I don't really trust the Pricing in the "Pricing and Suggestion" forum, so why not let the buyers decide directly?

〖about:〗I'm a University student going into business. I am fluent in French and English. I use traditional media, scan it and use a tablet to color and outline in Photoshop. My other artistic hobbies include writing, mask-making, bookbinding, fire dancing, screen printing and blockprinting.

Y'know what? I suck at bidding ladders... If you win the auction, but want a different combination of what I can draw (examples above), just talk to me. I'm pretty flexible - the only reason I'll refuse something is if I know I won't be able to finish it in time (of course, if you're willing to wait, I'm willing to do it), or if I know I'll screw it up.
So, the bidding ladder works like this - you can choose any combination of types of art that I draw, so long as it relates to the number of choices for your bidding tier.


Example:
Mr. X bids 50k.
50k in the bidding ladder: 3 choices of art, with no background OR simple backgrounds
Mr. X chooses 2 Colored Bust Shots with Simple Backgrounds and 1 Full Body Shot with a Simple Background.

Sound good?
Please keep in mind that if you choose all your choices with Complex Backgrounds, it'll take me longer to finish. Also, just a heads up, my backgrounds are not amazing - I apologize.
