Nanzzy. Fallen angel, absolutely hates this about herself. Generally pretends to be a demon (to other supernaturals) or human (to humans). Skilled in various types of magic and alchemy, but prefers fire. Loathes vampires with a passion. Easy to anger, and doesn't smile much, but underneath the endless angst there is still some hope, faith and childlike joy left.

Munya. Djinni who was freed from her bonds by her former human lover, and decided to explore the rest of the world before settling down into a quiet life in England. Generally calm and motherly, but you don't want to make her angry; she won't hesitate to use her reality-bending powers to protect her "children". Well-versed in psychology; tries her best to help people that way.

Freyja. Norse goddess of love, beauty and war/death. Left Fólkvangr after getting tired of waiting around for her husband, and wanting to learn more about love. Stuck around in England after a long search without finding any answers, which left her insecure about her powers. Sweet and kind to a fault, though by no means innocent; generally tries to avoid fights if she can.

Ellette, Ellie for short. Mysterious young child who Nanzzy meets when she decides to leave her hunting life behind her. Leader of a group of street urchins. Seems to be just human, but has unusually strong magic for one. Often has nightmares where she sees herself die, and other dreams that seem to be either memories from a very distant past, or glimpses into the future.

Add
Takeshi. Just a regular human boy who made a deal with the devil while on the verge of death, and is now immortal. Sticks close to Nanzzy to retain some of his freedom, but doesn't really care for anyone otherwise. Fancies himself a casanova; is a pyromaniac on the side, and also slightly unhinged due to past trauma. Hates all men. Secretly a bit of an otaku.

Valentin. Incubus who was part of the resistance and came to kill Nanzzy, but ended up joining her side after she showed him mercy. Generally aggressive and unfeeling, but has a strict code of honour, and is loyal to the death to those who share that code. Eventually warms up to people, Raine especially, when he realises feelings don't necessarily mean weakness.

Raine. An insecure guy who just found out he has powers, and slowly sees his life fall apart around him before Nanzzy comes along and offers him training, possible answers and a ticket to a better life. He's a bit shy at first, and incredibly emotional, which makes actually controlling his powers hard on him. Slowly starts regaining memories of his real identity over time.

Add
Sam. Human(?) who pops up one day in one of Nanzzy's usual hangouts. She suspects him of being a vampire or other kind of spy, but finds a very sweet and unassuming man instead who she quickly becomes best friends with. Doesn't seem to have any powers, but has a mysterious family who sounds an awful lot like the mob. Prone to panic attacks, but otherwise a calm, level-headed guy.

Add
Dragan. Leader of the vampires and Nanzzy's arch-nemesis. His motives are shrouded in mystery, as is his ultimate goal.
-
Add
Alexey. One of Dragan's underlings. Playful and seductive, and a bit like a big brother to the other vampire lieutenants.
-
Add
Tomas. One of Dragan's underlings. Generally quiet, but has a bit of a temper on him.
-
Add
Mattia. One of Dragan's underlings. Generally good-humoured, but reckless when it comes to feeding off of humans.
-
Add
Franz. One of Dragan's underlings. Level-headed and mature, he oversees much of the operation to make sure things keep running smoothly.
-
Add
Camilla. One of Dragan's underlings. Tries very hard to impress the boss, but is ice cold towards everyone else.
-
Add
Chantelle. One of Dragan's underlings. Doesn't really care about anyone but herself.
-
Add
Rosalind. One of Dragan's underlings. Quiet and withdrawn, isn't necessarily happy with her life as a vampire.
