ive been doing not so good on my diet ;-; rip in peeps meeeeeeeee but ill try harder this week!!!! maybe... LOL
my boyfriend went away for a summer lab program and usually hes the one i eat unhealthy foods with so hopefully that will help more
because once im in the routine of a diet its easier to keep it up, i find that starting is the really hard part

yeah like now gaia is more so something i do to pass the time and when i feel like making an avatar or something xD

i love Ghibli movies <3 Howl's moving castle is one of my fave movies ever as well, and i love pretty much all of the others that ive seen
i have a bunch of merch from the movies as well xD like i have some small totoro plushies and one of jiji from kikis delivery service, then a figure from howls and one from spirited away that i got as gifts, and then a bunch of clothes from hot topic from the movies

yeah putlocker is where i used to watch supernatural but that got shitty so i stopped

and yeah i actually just emptied my storage cus it was full of rig fails from like 2 years ago and now im trying to sell them xD most of them are still worth nothing though but theres a few that were a couple bill so thats nice biggrin
now i filled it with a bunch of new rig fails xD

theres different kinds of kale, some a better raw and some are better cooked. i would never buy it on my own though cus its expensive but it's free at work and healthy so i eat it haha
i also have spring mix and spinach at work, and at home my parents usually just buy spinach sometimes or a head of lettuce lol
and yeah im not crazy about most dressings, so when i do add it it's either basic oil and vinegar (i love balsamic best) or really simple vinaigrette, and even then i only add a little

not sure if this is the case but also remember that at differnt times of day you weigh more (like night you weigh more cus of all the stuff you ate and whatever, so always weigh yourself in the same clothes at the same time of day!) also, if you're close to your period or on it take into account that you'll be bloated and retaining water and all that jazz so that could cause your weight to increase as well, even though it may not actually have increased!
and yeah i feel you i cheat a lot ;-; but setting a goal is good! i should set a goal for disney world too. maybe... 20lbs? that seems good for like 2.5 months? hopefully

yeah i know i gained all the weight back that i lose and i know its my own fault im just lazy and depressed lmao
the problem for me with working out now is time, like im sooooo tired when i get home from work and then i just run out of time cus im always so busy sad
and yeah they actually say eating more smaller snack type meals throughout the day instead of just three big meals is better because it keeps your metabolism going and you're less likely to eat as much because you dont feel as hungry
good for you though :> maybe we can motivate eachother to stay good on our diets lol

pt 2- (good thing i copied it cus i figured itd be too long LOL)

i slept over but i had to take the train home mad early the next day cus i had a drs appointment, then thursday and friday i had work, saturday was my brothers graduation which i had to wake up at 6am, the ceremony took FOREVER it was from 9-2:30, then we didnt have dinner reservations till 5:30 so we just waited around and took pictures and relaxed and junk. then after dinner we went to my brothers dorm to help him move out, and hes like "oh it will take 15 minutes." no. it took almost 2 hours because his room was a mess and he had a TON more s**t than he expected. then also, he was the last one to leave and they charge you if you dont clean up and his roommates cleaned like the living room and stuff but they left the bathroom and the kitchen absolutely FILTHY (i guess cus they didnt know what was his stuff so they didnt want to throw anything out) so that took us forever. and then the traffic on the way home took like 3x as long as it should have x_x so i didnt get home till like 12, which sucked cus then i worked again yesterday and today so im like DEAD lmfao
but now i can finally relaxxxxxxxx
cus even if i do see my friend tomorrow she works till 4pm so i can sleep in and just chill haha

OH MY GOD ok so first; Im super sorry that I havent responded in 87 decades, ive just been busy with the end of the semester, my brother graduated this weekend, ive been busy at work so im like always tired, and i got the nintendo switch so ive been playing breath of the wild like a crazy person lol

Im proud of you for going on a diet!!! im supposed to be dieting but i keep saying ill start tomorrow... for like 6 months LOL


i mean i try to eat better but i still eat a lot of junk and i dont work out much other than what i do while at work cus im standing and running around the store all day lol


and dont feel bad about cheating, it happens. if you feel guilty and bad about it thats when  (at least for me) you spiral into constant cheating. but like if you cheat and tell yourself "ok, i cheasted today so for dinner and tomorrow ill be extra good" then its ok! as long as you make sure to balance it out, or do extra workout or something


thats what i did when i was on that crazy diet and lost almost 50 lbs





and binch every time i read one and cant reply im both happy and sad lol

i have a small food scale that i got a few years ago at i think sears and it's pretty helpful :o for like portion control and stuff. but you dont NEED one, as long as you eat reasonable amounts.

BTW! idk if you're into reading fanfic but if you areeeeeee this one is my absolute favorite that ive ever read. it's like a fan made season 2 and the author is really good at writing a realistic story and world building and characterization like tbh even if the real season 2 sucked i would be ok cus i have this to re-read a million times <3 it's not finished yet but its worth the wait. its called Serendipitous Fate and it's amazing tbh (you dont gotta read it but if you wanted to i highly recommend it!)
and yeah dw because ill be FREAKING OUT about it coming out so you'll know xD

a lot of people think that mama agreste was the peacock before she disappeared! surprised thats another theory.
and something to do with tibet since there was that travel brochure in the safe as well
lol well i assume its because by that point they know what akumas are and are expecting them lol

i think all the miraculous are supposed to be animals. and nah so far the only thing is the show, but theyre coming out with a comic series sometimes this year as well as a chibi show, and then theres gunna be at least 2 more seasons of the show, hopefully more. so we'll see :> it depends how popular it gets i guess

yeah but that's not his fault, that's because his father wont let him do anything LITERALLY besides sit in his room alone. like up until his dad let him go to school adrien was only allowed to leave the house for modeling lol
and it airs first in english on netflix! so you aint got to search for it biggrin

OK. so first off, hawkmoth isnt even the big bad. there's going to be an even bigger villain.
Three's also a new peacock miraculous user, le paon in french, not sure about english, not sure if thats the mega villain but we'll see. we're like 99% sure it is though. here also, we think she might be appearing in season 3, not 2, but we're not totally sure
theyve released a couple akuma designes, one is like some golden lady (forget the name) and the other is called the collector AND IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE ADRIENS DAD BUT LIKE HE MIGHT BE HAWKMOTH SO IDKKKKKK here
