The central nervous system doesn't heal. It's also been almost 9 yrs. It could have been fixed if they had bothered to do something when it happened but it's too late now.

It happened in 08. Yeah the girl took responsibility. Beyond ripping up my knee it gave me a spinal cord injury. My right foot drags. I also trip over it and I can't feel parts of my body or walk without help.

I just got turned down for an electric wheelchair and I tripped over my leg again. I wonder if I end up in the er enough times they will realize it's just cheaper to give me the chair.
