Listen. My dad had called me a b***h, an a*****e, a disgrace, stupid, retarded, almost everything that could bring me down.
i almost suicided 4 times, but I'm still here.

I learned to accept myself the way I am and just move on.

you need to take a picture of your bruises and file a report of domestic violence.
cuz i just went through that with my dad yesterday. although it was less severe.
You'll be alright. Just calm down and keep your head cool.
