AboutWell I suppose im back for now...time to rewrite the ol' about me! =D
This is me. Yeah thats right, I'm a grown a** man rocking that omg hat. (Forgive the shitty resolution, the camera on my phone sucks. )
My job, hmm...well my official title is "Software Security Analyst", but really that's just a fancy way of saying that I'm a reverse engineer. Google it if you're interested, I'm not at liberty to say anything more than that. In addition to that, I'm also a seasonal landscape artist and pool maintenance technician.
I am now 22, and so I am officially twice as old as how long I've been on Gaia. I dabble in all sorts of things both online and offline. Offline I am very active, I try to get 15 miles a day running the Chattanooga riverwalk when I first get up, and right before I go to sleep. I am very familiar with computers, both inside and out, but software is my strong suit. I am especially good with Unix based systems. Online, I usually lurk around YouTube scouring the internetverse for new music to add to my collection of EDM, but I'll talk more about that in a second. I'm also a 4chan regular, and can usually be found lurking in /b/ or /mlp/, rarely I can be found in /hm/ as well.
I am a brony, and damn proud, if you have an issue with that then please do not bother to talk to me. In case you are wondering, bronies are any adult male who is a fan of the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, which is a cartoon show geared towards little girls, but is eerily relatable to me. Others would argue that the only males who identify with the show are submissive, "betas" who have issues with their masculinity, and are thus deemed "p***y a** faggots". Quite frankly I have no issues or insecurities with my masculinity or sexuality, and I could honestly care less what anyone's opinion is about it. The fact of the matter is that I like the show for what it stands for, it is a wholly positive show and it teaches us that no matter what happens, as long as you have your friends you can overcome just about anything. I think if I had a ponysona, I would most likely be Rainbow Dash; she represents Loyalty, one of the forces of harmony. To me loyalty is everything, and I think a true friend is someone who has your back in any situation. If you're passed out after a night of drinking, I'll be there to drive you home and tuck you in. If you need a place to stay I'd give you my bed, If you needed clothes or money I'd give you the shirt off my back and the last dime in my wallet. Im the kind of person who would go through hell and back for my friends, I would die for my friends, looking for a glass of water in hell if they were thirsty. I am THAT kind of person. So before you label me a horse ******** or "p***y a** f*****t" please educate yourself and maybe work out some those issues you have with your own sexuality.
Now as you may have possibly guessed, I am very Immersed in Electronic Dance Music, or EDM as is usually referred. My favorite genres are European Hardstyle, UK Hardcore, and Trance. But I listen to a bit of everything really. My alarm clock is Little girl hymen breaker by ninja mctits, which is lolicore, a sort of experimental type of EDM, google it and turn up that bass. xD (actually don't, without the right set-up you are likely to blow you speakers at high volumes) Then, I Jog in the morning to the sound of UK Hardcore (which usually has me running in tempo with the music), specifically the Clubland Xtreme Hardcore series by DJs Darren Styles, Mark Breeze, and Ian Hicks, or Hixxy. (out of the pair my favorite style is Breeze'). Then during the day I'm usually bumping to the sound of Audiofreq and Kutski, which is from the European Hardstyle genre (great to clear your mind and mindlessly lose your self in the overwhelming bass xD). If I'm feeling good about life and just want to party, I'll kick out the Epic with House music with my man Tïesto. And finally there's my biggest hard-on, Trance (and Armin van Buuren, the god of EDM imo). Trance is my go to music to just lose my self with the uplifting melodies (which is used as a surprisingly effective sleep aid). So there's an idea what my day usually sounds like. =P
I probably have over 8000 or 9000 single songs stored in multiple hard drives, 750 or 850 albums, easily over 400 or so artists; which span over 15 different countries, and probably 2 or 5 Remixes of every song I have plus the cookie cutter pop one hit wonders that "pop" up every now and then, no pun intended. Pretty much I have a simply massive collection of EDM from all the "colours of the rainbow" so to speak.
Speaking of rainbow, I'm gay. If you've not already figured it out you're either mentally challenged or you dont have a very good attention span. =)
Well I suppose that about wraps up all the basics, so if you have any questions or just want to shoot the s**t, feel free to drop a comment.
