Again the boy started babbling about things that Pan didn't understand. These words sounded silly enough to have been invented by a child, so he wasn't sure if they were part of Neverwood's active imagination or an actual thing. "Billywig sounds inefficient for flying. The true fun of flying doesn't unfold unless you have complete control, otherwise you just wiggle about like a fool."

Of course own benefit was involved, and Peter didn't believe anyone did anything for reasons that weren't selfish, but no malevolence was involved as he really did believe it would work. He didn't hate the child and he wasn't obstructing his goals, so the offer was more out of curiosity than anything. Carefully he pulled out a vial that hung around his neck on the inside of his shirt and took a pinch of the green, glittering dust. He sprinkled it over the red-haired boy and waited to see what happened. Usually Pan's magic was compatible with the magic of other worlds, but one could never be certain. "Give it a try, then."

"It's because of how the powder looks. Because it glitters, it seems like it would be dust from a pixie's wings. At least that's what I think," Pan explained. A vague grin tugged on his lips at the other boy's caution, and he shook his head. "No, you don't eat it. I simply sprinkle some over your head and let you think happy thoughts. That's all it takes. I doubt you would get in trouble for it. It's not dangerous in the least. Unless you're suffering from depressions. Then you could drop to the ground."

"Despite what it sounds like, it's unrelated to pixies," Peter explained, watching the boy's curiosity with some amusement. "I harvest it from special trees in Neverland. For a while I was worried they had gone barren, but they're back in bloom again ever since- ... well, it doesn't matter. Do you want to try some?" he asked with a smirk, coyly tilting his head to the side.

After chasing the other boy through the air, he didn't expect to startle him like that. How did he think he was going to follow him? He didn't have a broom on him, after all.

"I just need pixie dust to fly-" Peter spun around as the other boy dipped under him, feeling awkward being inspected like that. The boys he used to hang with held him in higher reverence than to allow such invasive behavior. "I don't have a broom. I'm not a witch."

Glass slippers sounded pretty useless to Pan, and he furrowed his brows. Half of what this kid said didn't make sense to him Gryffindor? He knew what a griffin was, but the boy looked nothing like that. Perhaps he was part of a people that worshiped griffins. After the other boy slipped out through the window, Peter approached the sill and gazed out into the night. He had heard of people riding broomsticks before, so was this boy a witch? Before he could follow him, he needed to test his flying abilities. In some worlds, he found himself unable to fly, while in others it worked spectacularly. He took a deep breath and gave it a try, and soon a feeling of elation overcame him and he lifted off the ground. Excellent. I can fly. With that, he shot out of the window to give chase to the red-haired boy.

Princess Prissy Pants? Peter narrowed his eyes, musing over the different ways he could make this boy miserable for it. But he knew better than to start trouble in a world unfamiliar to him, so he left it at fantasizing. "Yes, a fairy. He seemed to know quite a bit about you. Long silver hair, pointy ears, is he not familiar to you?" he asked. He watched the redhead approach the window again and tilted his head. "You probably will. You have the home advantage here, after all. I can feel a lot of magic in this place that I'm not familiar with."

Peter clicked his tongue and rolled his eyes. This boy was grating his nerves, and he bristled at the comparison to a mother. "If all you have to say to me are insults, then I'll go look for a more fun kid to hang out with. And I don't have a boss, just some fairy who thought it would be interesting for us to take a look inside that mirror. He seems to be an expert on mirrors, I guess," he sad as he swung his arms back and forth. "If you don't know where it is, then we better find out. Or I'll do it myself, if you can't be bothered."

To Pan, everything this boy was saying sounded like a foreign language. Prefect? Gryffindor? Slytherwhat? He stared at the odd stick that was pointed at him and his eyebrows rose up.

"Don't point that thing at me, it's rude," he scoffed. "I'm Peter Pan. I was told to speak with you about a mirror that shows you what your heart truly desires. Please tell me this rings a bell for you, otherwise I am going to get very angry with someone for sending me out here."

Suddenly, Peter finds himself in a strange dormitory. He looks startled, as it has been quite some time since he teleported without his own magic. After glancing around the strange room, he spots the boy about to leave. He sticks his hands in his pockets and tilts his head back. "Hey, you. Kid. I think I'm supposed to talk to you." Unless this was some elaborate prank; he wouldn't put it past that fairy.

Umm yea! It's fun to walk around nude for a bit. Especially because people can't see me. Naked = liberty, am I right? haha. And un-cold snow? Doesn't sound very exciting. Where's the chill in that?
