Manga Studio is a program that makes publishing professional manga an easy task if you can draw it to begin with.
Anime Studio is a program meant to help you produce an animated series.
haven't tried both so im not really sure on what is what

the abbvrs are way too contextual
they seem natural in a sentence but alone they are annoying and take ages to figure out

By the looks of it, the Intuos Manga is just a new version of the Bamboo Manga (which was a Bamboo Pen-and-Touch with Manga Studio Debut 4 and Anime Studio Debut 8 included), and the Intuos Pro line is the replacement of the old Intuos line.

With the Intuos Pro, you get twice the levels of pressure sensitivity, pen-tilt detection, a few different pen nibs with different feels (such as felt), built-in wireless capability (you can still use it wired if you want), twice the amount of shortcut buttons, a touch-ring (for quick radial shortcuts), a pen stand (instead of the nylon holder on the Bamboos and new standard Intuos), and a somewhat more versatile driver interface+features. Not to mention that it comes in various sizes (with bigger active areas than the standard Intuos/Bamboo).

And for the prices intuos pro costs maybe 3 times the intuos manga
but overall ill go for intuos pro

oh boy that sounds amazing! biggrin
Bamboo's are amazing! I personally used one for 3 years but now I find the intuos pen small amazing.
I'm a huge matching freak and it matches with the colours of my mac perfectly :3 + They're relatively cheap! I got mine for 79.99 on Amazon about a year ago.
Paint Tool Sai is my program of choice, although I need to learn to switch over to photoshop which pains me haha. I have yet to purchase it however, I've been waiting on whether or not I should
buy it or not. I have a really old version of it that was given to me by a buddy and I can no longer contact him therefore I've been stuck with this once for a long time. I would buy it 100% if it was mac
compatible but as it is not, it gets frustrating having to run a windows parallel in order to use it. I would settle with a similar program but nothing of the sort exists. ; ^ ;

This will be my third year in college. (holy s**t, it's gone by so fast O.o)
I got a certificate for Fine Arts and now I'm in the whole Interactive Media Design s**t. (Graphic design, web design, and animation. )
It's pretty hectic, it's really hard to focus on my art when I have so much homework to do.
Thankfully I'm out for the summer but that still doesn't mean I'm not stressed about it hahaha.
I need to somehow manage to figure out how to afford a wacom cintiq drawing tablet and those things costs a pretty penny hahaha.
What are you taking?
