Or if you must spam, keep it to a single image per post.
If you make people scroll, that just pisses them off. You post one little linkbanner and most people will over look it if they aren't interested

Protip: If you want to find players for your pirate server of a decade old game, pissing them off with spam is not the way to achieve it.
