Yup. Ist a long story, but.... I borned in USA and all my life I've been living in Colombia. I've been in the US a couple times.

Well candle's day is just to lit up a lot of candles in your house... Also, most of the cities use this day to turn on the xmas lights of all the city.

I just hope that I survive to these weeks... I want to leave the univ NOW!!!!!!!!

Because is not a custom here. I'm not sure but I think it's a custom from North America Only, because it happenned in there... (I don't know anything about US history, so maybe I'm wrong)

The point is... In these days we celebrate: Candle's Day (Dec 7), Xmas (dec 24/25) and Saint Innocents day (Dec 28 - a day to make jokes to anybody).

I'm being drug no a 7 hour car drive! Then I have to spend three days wth some people I've never met. I never sleep around strangers so this will be aa thrill.
