well its hard for me to do either! lmao when i used to work out before this injury it took my like 2 hrs to cool down (short of jumping in the cold shower) xd
I dunno i just dont like winter its really depressing = /

I dunno i feel like i'd rather be hot than cold.. its a lot easier to cool down than warm up (in my opinion) i have my hoodie on and my pajama bottoms but im still frozen... and my fingers are like ice cubes xD

Ahaha i had over 300 friends on here, and after i cleaned up my list, i ended up with 40. xD
