hahaha yeah I got tested but it was just a really bad sinus infection that developed because I didn't want to go to the doc

but once I lost my sense of smell and sniffling, I was like, okay, I should probably actually deal with this

oh yeah seasonal allergies suuuuuck. I was super allergic to SO many things as a kid growing up, that my mom eventually got me on allergy shots. Did them for idk, 5 or so years????? But my seasonal allergies are much more tolerable and I'm not allergic to cats or dogs anymore which is swell.


I developed a stupidly high tolerance for Benadryl as a kid before the shots started doing their thing. I could take 4 pills no problem and hardly feel a thing >_>


good luck with your allergies, though! I had gotten over a pretty bad sinus infection because I thought it was just my allergies acting up and I was horribly wrong ;w;

especially when I lost my sense of smell for like 2 weeks despite testing negative for COVID

things are in limbo at the moment for me. I'm trying to not get my hopes up too high in case things don't pan out, but at the same time I'm super friggin excited that something I've been working on for years might actually come to fruition.
