Here's a suggestion, try not to talk too much where she doesn't talk. Cause in like 7 out of 10 instances, the girl prefers to be leading the conversation over the guy leading the conversation.

Think of it this way, when was the last time you heard of a girl complaining that a guy listened and let her talk about herself a lot?

What they say is usually along the lines of: He's such a great listener.

Do you think the flirting is getting past the level of just flirting? If so, ask her out. Be upfront about it. If not she'll play it coy and you won't get anywhere beyond flirting.

If you don't like her then be honest. But don't be brutally honest, and be considerate to the feelings of others. Courtesy is always nice, even when doing not so courteous things.
