23 days is still a short time to recover from a break up. I think you'll need a few months before you get over him. Usually, it's the one who wants to break the relationship that recovers the fastest. I mean, my brother's ex-girlfriend/whore didn't feel any sadness when my brother broke up with her. The next day, she was already dating my brother's ex-friend... because she was cheating with him. I say take some time finding ways to forget about him. Try to avoid places and objects that remind you of him. And let's face it... we guys say stupid things when we're in love.
