I got a PM from the scammer who took over this account. The original person probably fell for a similar scam. Since this account has been used to scam others, the original owner won't get it back. If you recieved any messages from this account Monday, August 12th or later containing any links, avoid clicking those links, you will lose your account. This has been reported, but the original owner of this account still needs to fill out a hacking report. They will need to create a new account to do this. To all of her friends, please try and learn as much as you can to prevent this happening to you, and make sure your firends are also aware that things like this are happening, and that they are all preventable. There are multiple resources available to find out what you can do to protect yourself, you may want to make use of them, as soon as possible. It is unfortunate that this thing happens to people, but the only way to stop it is for people to be informed and protect themselves.
