Hahaha I only do cardio for one reason. I never used to do it but a n***a who used to be in the NFL hit me with the realest s**t at the gym the other day. "Cardio works your most important muscle, your heart." I'm not doing cardio just to be shredded, if I'm about being fit then all aspects of me need to be fit. So lately I been hittin cardio pretty hard.
OMG and you box!! I boxed for 6 years I had so many amateur fights under my belt I had dreams of going pro before I shattered my pelvis.
But oh well now that I'm no longer boxing I have devoted my life to becoming a sick ******** shredded k**t.
