I was enjoying lunch on the second floor of the Dragon's Garden a with a wonderful evening veiw of Temple Street. The inside of the restraunt was the normal hustle and bustle of a popular eating establishment at its most busy. Downstairs the owner Uncle Chan was having an arguement with one of the Kitchen help about the Lobsters in the main tank not having any rubberbands over thier pincers. Not being Chinese I missed most of what was being said. It was then that the place erupted in to chaos.
