omg! I did something sooooooooooooooooooo dumb. I just started a new semester at a jc and one of my classes is at 8:00 in the morning on Tues and Thurs. Well, I'm the kind of person who developed the habit of staying up til 2-4 in the morning, so I just don't like getting up early period. I grudgingly set my alarm for the next morning to 6:30 am(I have to leave by 7 if I want parking), and also grudgingly woke up. I ended up dying for half an hour and had to make do with getting ready in five minutes. I put on some comfy clothes (comfy as in frumpy), brushed my teeth, and arrived at school just in time for clas. Now you think I would have taken notice to the deserted parking lot and deserted campus ahead of time, but being the zombie that I was, I didn't realize the emptiness until I reached the locked door of my room (quite a distance away from my car I might add). I was like what the crap? Where is everyone?
Then it hit me. I had this really bad feeling I did something dumb, and I really wished I hadn't. Oh please no. I pulled out my cell to discover the time was reaching 7:00. eek ... gonk . I was sooooo mad that I wasted a whole hour of valuable sleeping time. I went back to my car (in silent fury) to escape the cold and curled up into a little ball for warmth until my class would really begin. I wasn't too happy the rest of the day.
All in all I suppose it was a lesson well learned.
