*He out streches his fore arm, palm to the air. Closing his eyes he begins to concentrate. Green flames begin to engulf his hand. He then snaps his fingers once and the flames lift off his hand and begin to swirl in a vortex above his palm. The flames begin to flow quicker and quicker. Then he opens his eyes, they begin to quickly flicker a bright crimson red. The flames the converge on each other and with a slight explosion and a little smoke a rose/tulip hybrid appears in his hand.*
