For those who really have gotten to know me...you know I'm in a wheelchair. It's never really bothered me too much...except when kids wouldn't hang out with me because it was "uncool". Today, though...It took me..a half hour...to reach a plate. A HALF HOUR. Yes, I know..It's kinda not a 'big deal'...but it is to me. I spent...a long time...just...sitting. Sitting and..well..crying. Just...today..I've decided....I want to be normal. Just for once..I want to know what it's like to walk...to be able to do everything on my own...to not worry about whether or not I can reach things...or...do something...because of my chair.
Now, I know what you're thinking..."That's crazy...You'll never be able to walk!" ..Well you know what? I don't care. I'm going to try. I'm going to get my strength up...so one day.....one day..I'll walk. Whether it be with braces, a walker, crutches..or even nothing! I'll walk someday. You know why? ...Because this chair....is WAY too damn annoying to deal with. xP
Anyways. That's my rant for the day.
