There has to be a limit to unprofessional-ism. Constantly snacking when there is twenty customers waiting to be helped is beyond unprofessional, it's just lazy. I haven't even started talking about how thirty minute lunch breaks suddenly turn into one hour or how she always conveniently has a mouthful of cookies right as the phone rings, leaving me to put the client I'm dealing with on hold to answer the incoming call with my horrendously poor mandarin.
