Yes paper boats i think must be a part of every child's life & i certainly can make them today.About 20 years back i had my first grandchild and it was so difficult to keep him indoors that i used to fill up the kitchen sink and do boating with him. If you make a boat from a sheet of paper that has an aspect ratio of 3:2, you can write on it (more easily than otherwise-all the edges line up nicely).
