Tire Recycling - In order to recycle tires properly, many organisations use shredding equipment. However, they cannot use just any ordinary shredder. They have to use one that best fits the needs of the business. There are two varieties of tire recycling equipment employed for this purpose: high-speed and low-speed.
High-Speed
The high-speed shredders are available in the shape of a tub. The scrap from the tires is put into a container that moves around. Although happening, the tires they fit in the middle and a cutting device shreds or grinds them.
Following the process is finished, in essence a bunch of rubber that has been shredded. The shredded pieces go through a second round of grinding. These grinders utilize a lot of power. They desire it because the grinders need strength to collapse the rubber for the tires. Water gets for the tires when they achieve the hammer mill.
Inside the hammering process, the rubber is taken off from the steel wire with the beads, belts and sidewalls. Most of the steel wire is taken away by magnets. During this time period, more shredding takes place.
A good reason to make use of these tub size grinders is because provide a larger output. It's estimated they can actually process around at least 4,000 tires 1 hour. If you're operating the apparatus, it can probably be carried out with an eight hour timeframe, maybe a little more.
